The Positive Effects Of Immersive Environments : A mindfulness walk through nature

A Community Project

This project is about capturing nature in its element and natural habitats. This will show how natural immersive environments can be filmed and recorded to promote positive responses. The group from North Street went on a mindfulness walk around local RSPB St Aidans. They recorded audio, video and took photos of the local wildlife and scenery.I wanted this project to bring mindfulness to the group  and encourage people to experience an already natural immersive environment. This will also educate people about helping our local wildlife thrive. The benefit of helping with one’s own mental and the life of animals.
